Shetland

South Mainland Sites of Interest

The South Mainland of Shetland is one of the flatest, most fertile areas of the island. At the very southern tip is found Sumburgh Airport. Of particular historical interest in this part of the island is the Jarlshof settlement, the Shetland Croft House Museum and St Ninian's Isle.
